Casual Dining is offered at the Inn for Sunday through Friday evenings. A typical wintertime meal would start with our Southwestern Pork Green Chili, Cheesy Potato Soup, or Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup. Your entree might include lemon garlic chicken, roast pork loin, fresh trout, shrimp scampi, or spaghetti with Italian Meatballs. We also are skilled at creating many vegitarian options and can accommodate all special dietary requests. Your meal would also include a starch such as garlic mashed potatoes, hand cut French Fries, and a vegetable like sugar snap peas, fresh sweet corn, zucchini, or summer squash. Finish your meal with fresh fruit cobbler with vanilla ice cream, Russian Cake, or "Carol's Very Moist Chocolate Cake". We offer tea, regular or decaffeinated coffee. We offer a great selection of wines either by bottle or by the glass.
Often on Friday evening we offer our "famous on 5 continents" BBQ Baby Back Ribs, BBQ Chicken, Hand Cut French Fries, Cole Slaw, Broccoli-Cauliflower Salad, Baked Beans, Mexican Cornbread, Appalachian Stew, and Fresh Fruit Cobbler ala mode. We serve lemonade, but aslo offer wine by the glass or bottle.
