Massner Cranberry Relish
Ingredients
I pkg cranberries
1 orange with stem removed
1 apple with stem, flower and seeds removed
1 c. sugar
½ c pecans
1 box red jello dissolved in 1 c. hot water
Instructions
Grind fruits and pecans through grinder or food processor. Disolve the red jello in the hot water and add sugar. Stir until dissolved. Add ground fruits and nuts and let it harden in fridge.
