NORTH FORK MOUNTAIN INN POLICIES

Generally, there is a 2 night minimum on weekends. Please call or email to see if a shorter stay is available.

A deposit equal to one nights stay is required to secure a reservation. The deposit will be processed the month of your stay, (not necessarily at the time of your booking).

Credit Card Fee: There is a 3.5% Credit Card fee. To save money and avoid the fee, we accept cash and check as payment for the remaining balance upon checkout.

Cancellation Policy


Deposit will be refunded when a 15-day notice is given (less a $30 processing charge). Cancellations of less than 15 days will result in forfeiture of your deposit if we are unable to rebook your room for your entire reservation stay.

No-shows and cancellations on day of arrival will be charged for their entire reserved stay.

Other Information


Check-In is between 3 pm and 8 pm, unless prior arrangements have been made. Check-Out is 11 am.

Children under 14 are welcome in the Cozy Cabin or in the Timber Townhouses for an additional fee. Children must be accompanied by an adult while at the Inn. This is requested as a courtesy to guests who have planned a child free get-away for a celebration or romantic weekend.

Assorted fine wines are available by the glass or by the bottle.

Smoking allowed on porches only (20ft from entrances). Smoking inside the Inn (in the common areas or your room) will result in a charge of $250 for cleaning.

Rates are based on double occupancy. A charge of $20 per person is required for each additional person per day, including children.

Casual dress is appropriate for all activities at the inn.

Well-behaved pets (1) are allowed in the Cozy Cabin for an additional $40.

No pets reside at the Inn.
