Ingredients
- 6 cups potatoes, cut in cubes
- 5 cups water
- 2 carrots, chopped fine
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 Tbs brown sugar
Boil until tender, then add:
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- (do not dilute soups)
- 1 lb Velveeta (half mild Mexican and half regular)
Simmer on low heat until cheese melts.
Can also add cauliflower and/or broccoli with the vegetables above
